This is internal, strategy-led work with executives, leadership teams and boards. It focuses on aligning direction, leadership intent and organisational narrative before decisions harden and messages go out.
This work is typically engaged during periods of growth, transition or complexity.
Marketing & execution
Delivered through Leverage Media.
This work translates clarity into consistent external delivery — across marketing, communications, content, campaigns and training — ensuring execution reflects intent.
Advisory, speaking & facilitation
In some contexts, my role is advisory rather than programmatic.
This can include executive or board advisory, leadership offsites, strategy days, conferences, panels, moderated discussions and training.
Speaking and facilitation are often how relationships begin, or how broader work is supported.
